KAY for Kayla,

DOT for Emphasis,

and LOTT  for Lotto

Because one day with me is like hitting the lottery.

Just kidding.

But for real, my real name is Kayla Nicole Lott.  I'm 22, and I'm originally from the northwest suburbs of Chicago.   I just graduated from the University of Miami (shout out to the class of 2015 and the U!) with a a degree in marketing and minors in creative advertising and public relations.  Veering from my degree a bit, I actually want to go into broadcast eventually, but for now, I'll take pretty much anything within my field.

Other than Kayla, I've been called many things: a jack of all trades for my wide array of skills (including a black belt in Tae Kwon Do), a cultural phenomenon because of my love for many different cultures (that typical shows through dance, especially Indian and Latin dances), and a butterfly on the go because I'm always changing and going somewhere.  I love music and everything that comes with it, spending time with my family, binge Netflixing (The Office is my current obsession), expanding my mind, loving on Jesus (hallelujah!), ranting on my blogs, and pretending to be a superhero because who wouldn't want to be a superhero? #webhead

Some do social media because they want to.

Others do social media because they have to.

I do social media because I was made for it.

At least the amount of time I spend on it makes me feel like I am.

I love social media.

Seriously.  If bae could be digital entities, social media would be bae...after pizza...and Jesus.  I spend an obscene amount of time on all of my accounts, but especially Facebook and Vine, meaning that I should be pretty good at it by now. (By the way, I felt some type of way when Instagram tried to outside Vine with its 15-second video time, but I digress.)

I've managed social media for many different companies including Winn-Dixie; however, social media isn't all work for me.  For the past two summers on Instagram, I've done a social media challenge every month from May-August.  This summer, however, I decided that for the first time, I'd make my own photo challenge.  (You can see it above.)

I like to make videos on my Vine account!  (Follow me @_KayKoNut!  I'm on the come up.)  Check out some of my account feeds below, along with my current status on my photo challenge!  Follow me! (See the footer.)
